Question 1: How to purchase the items i want ?
Less than 1000pcs you can directly place order in veayea.com. For bulk wholesale order over 1000pcs, you can contact us directly through email (sales@veayea.com), leave message or whatsapp/skype/wechat(+8615361650806) online chat, our sales representatives response you and quote you best wholesale price as well as shipping fee according to your required quantity and address, after everything confirmed we will make proforma invoice to you pay for the order, we accept 30% deposit paid in advance, 70% balance pay before cargo ready to ship. OEM and ODM are warmly welcomed, we accept customize samples before deciding OEM/ODM bulk order.

Question 2: How to choose shipping method? 
For small batch quantity orders you can directly add products you want to buy in your shopping cart, you will see the accordingly shipping method, if shipping method not available, contact us for inquiry details.We will inform you the order process and tracking numbers once you paid,no worry about anything just waiting for the shipment arrive.

Question 3: How to Pay? My payment is safe?
We accept Bank Transfer (TT), Paypal, Credit Card, Western Union and other local currency payment. Amount less than 500USD you can pay paypal, over 500USD we suggest you consider other payment methods as the paypal fee is high for you. 90% of our client paid by Bank Transfer for bulk orders because less bank fee and you can even pay your local currency, reduce the lost of exchange rate, usually you transfer the money today we can receive tommrrow.Moreover, vaping products is sensitive cargo for paypal, pay by paypal might frozen the account.

All your payments are secure and safe, we will not share your payment information to any other people, no need worry about that.

Question 4: Can I OEM/ODM? 
Yes absolutely! Veayea accept OEM/ODM, and we have helped many worldwide clients customize their specific vaping products. You just need provide us your documents like designed logo, label, packaging for the OEM/ODM models. Considering the products need purchase extra raw material from different suppliers to customize specialized items, we have MOQ( minimal order quantity), usually MOQ 1000 to 2000pcs, different products MOQ is different, contact us for further details.By the way, sample customization is welcomed, we will charge your sample fee firstly, after sample confirmed and start bulk order, we will full refund you sample fee.

Question 5: What’s Veayea’s Guarantee Policy?
We have 3-12 months warranty depends on different product you bought, usually vaping device is 6 months, if you received defective items due to quality issues, we will check your defective problems and refund you money or give discount for your next order, or ship to you a new one for free by next order. By the way, each product quality will be strictly checked before it ships out, defective rates are very low, don’t worry too much. Any questions you met just contact us freely.

Question 6: What's the difference between different warehouses?
1.China Warehouse: Cheaper price, more vaping products options, lower moq, some items can purchase mixed flavor in 10 pieces, shipping time 10-15 days.
2.Overseas Warehouse(EU,AU,US): Faster shipping time within 1- 7 days, free shipping cost, tax paid, no customs issues, but might require higher moq and price will be higher than China Warehouse.

Question 7: How can i track my shipment?
We will upload your order tracking number to the website and inform you the shipment process via email, or you can directly track in https://www.17track.net by yourself with our tracking number. Most countries we will use airway+ express (DPD,DHL,UPS etc.) this kind of special shipping method to delivery cargo, to ensure faster shipment, safer to do customs clearance, lower cost for small packages or bulk orders. Airway process unable to track, after airline landed to airport and picked up by express you will get updates of the shipping ruote.
